Why choose Power EV?

OZEV-authorised installers only

Every installer in our network holds OZEV registration - the government scheme that certifies electricians to fit EV chargepoints to the required standard. We only pass your enquiry to vetted, registered electricians, so you can be confident the work is done safely and to code.

Up to 3 free quotes

We match you with up to three local installers so you can compare prices before committing. Installation costs vary depending on your property, cable run, and charger choice - getting multiple quotes is the best way to make sure you are paying a fair price. There is no obligation to proceed with any of them.

Grant paperwork handled for you

If you are eligible for the OZEV EV Chargepoint Grant - worth up to £500 - your installer handles the application on your behalf. The grant is deducted directly from your invoice, so you never need to claim it yourself or wait for a refund.

Free, no commitment

Our service is completely free to use for homeowners and businesses. We are paid by installers when a job is completed - there are no hidden fees, referral charges, or pressure to book. You are under no obligation at any point.

Covers the whole of the UK

Our network of OZEV-registered installers covers England, Scotland, and Wales. Whether you are in a city centre or a rural area, we aim to match you with qualified electricians in your region.
